The median resale price rose to S$635,000, up 0.8 per cent month on month in August 2026, while transaction volume fell 4.9 per cent to 2,521. Million-dollar sales totalled 201, accounting for 8.0 per cent of all transactions.
Resale flat transactions surged to 2,652 in July 2026, up 24.7 per cent from June. The median price rose 0.8 per cent to S$630,000, though median psf slipped 1.6 per cent to S$595 psf. Million-dollar sales accounted for 7.1 per cent of all transactions.
