A Market Leader in Singapore

We have a market-leading position in the Singapore real estate brokerage business through our wholly-owned subsidiary ERA Realty Network Pte Ltd (“ERA Realty”).

Established in 1982, ERA Realty is one of Singapore’s largest real estate agencies with more than 8,500 trusted advisors providing property brokerage services for primary and secondary home sales, as well as rental of residential, commercial and industrial properties. Through ERA Realty’s Capital Markets & Investment Sales business unit, we deliver corporate real estate services for sizeable assets to high-net-worth individuals, family offices, developers, institutional investors and real estate investment trusts.

As an industry pioneer, ERA Realty has constantly been at the forefront of technological innovations with an emphasis of enhancing agent productivity and service excellence for the past 40 years. We empower our trusted advisors with the latest proptech, training, and proprietary super apps such as Sales+ and RealtyWatch, allowing each to extend best-in-class advice and service to customers.

Our Regional Growth Strategy

Our ERA global franchise model allows us to plan and grow our regional presence in a capital efficient manner. Through a series of acquisitions, we now have a 90.6% interest in ERA Indonesia, 80.0% ownership of ERA Thailand, 60.0% interest in ERA Vietnam and a 49.0% stake in ERA Malaysia.

With these developments, APAC Realty now has a presence in five of the six largest economies in ASEAN: Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam, giving us access to a population of more than 483 million or 71% of the total ASEAN population of 672 million.
